In the firmament of Quebec science programming, Les Années lumière is a star as bright as it is enduring. For 30 years, it has been communicating science to the general public in an intelligent and in-depth way on Radio-Canada (95.1 FM in Montreal), around its seasoned host Sophie-Andrée Blondin and her highly qualified journalists in the field.
Our physician, researcher and Director of the IRCM Diabetes Clinic, Dr. Rémi Rabasa-Lhoret, had the honour to be one of the 30 guest scientists invited to a special anniversary edition of Les Années lumière. He has shared his expertise on numerous occasions on this show and was then invited to discuss current research in the field. A fine example that our institute has become a key reference in Quebec on the subject!
