Jean-François Côté, Vice President of Research and Academic Affairs of the Institut de recherches cliniques de Montréal (IRCM) / Montreal Clinical Research Institute, announces the appointment of Sébastien Sabbagh as Assistant Director of Research and Academic Affairs effective July 3, 2017.
"The creation of the position of Assistant Director of Research and Academic Affairs is great news for researchers and students alike. I am confident that Sébastien will provide an excellent and much needed support to Research and Academic Affairs and will implement measures that will have an impact on the entire IRCM community,” said Dr. Côté, to whom Sébastien will be reporting. Among other things, Sébastien will ensure the development of tools to increase grants support for both individual researchers and teams and will also promote graduate student recruitment, an essential component of the Institute's mission.
