Online survey on the wear of a medical alert identification (e.g., MedicAlert bracelet) in people living with type 1 diabetes or LADA

Implication
The Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM) is seeking participants for an online survey under the supervision of Dr. Rémi Rabasa-Lhoret (IRCM).

  • The objective of this survey is to better understand why people wear or do not wear a medical alert identification.
  • The estimated time to complete the survey is 20 minutes. 
  • A cash prize will be drawn among all participants.
  • You will not benefit personally from your participation in this research study.

Inclusion criteria

  • Live with type 1 diabetes or LADA
  • Are 18 years old or older
  • Live in Canada
  • Currently use insulin
