Summary of the presentation:
We believe it is essential for organizations to prioritize the health, balance and development of their staff. That's why we continue to develop and build on our holistic health approach, which has been anchored in the organizational culture of CISSS Montérégie-Est since 2018. This caring approach is embedded in our organizational values as well as our management practices and has four facets: psychological health, physical health, intellectual health and organizational health. In the course of the presentation, we will describe what we have been able to put in place within our public establishment over the last few years, even in a turbulent context, the keys to success, , the keys to success, the unavoidables, the challenges we've encountered, as well as our action-research and innovation approaches. The methodology and rigor underpinning our approach have enabled us to implement balance-oriented management practices at all levels of the organization.
