Biography:
Yves Boisvert, Ph.D. in political science and post-doctorate in public ethics, is a full professor of public service ethics and integrity at the École Nationale d'Administration publique (ENAP). He is a researcher at CERGO (ÉNAP) and associate researcher at CEPEL/CNRS (Université de Montpellier 1). He founded and directed the journal éthique publique for several years, and is the author of numerous books on government ethics. He has been a guest professor at several French universities: the University of Montpellier II (IUFM), the University of Paul-Cézanne Aix-Marseille III (IMPGT), the University of Pau and the Pays de l'Adour (IAE), the University of St-Denis de la Réunion (IAE) and the Conservatoire national des Arts et métiers (CNAM-Paris). He has also lectured extensively on ethics in European, Canadian federal, Quebec provincial and municipal public organizations.
